Poet and author Manolito C. Sulit works at the CCP Literary Arts Division. Previously, he taught at Batangas State University, De la Salle University and St. Paul College of Manila. He is a journalism graduate at the University of Santo Tomas, a former news correspondent, features and short story writer, and a known community organizer in his hometown of Ibaan, Batangas.
